- Excellent knowledge of hotel capacities, rates, and services, as well as the ability to independently manage reservations, check-in / check-out procedures, and hotel records
- Strong team spirit, adherence to internal standards and procedures, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment (multi-tasking)
